One reason for making this website is to force myself to take responsibility for styling and theming a web site, thereby learning more about design, Wordpress, and PHP.
It turns out that styling and theming a website is a very time-consuming process at which I am not a natural. Even with some background in CSS, after several hours of trial and error and poking I am left with something sparse and uninspired.
